Cowles Mountain
In most people’s opinion, the best view in San Diego. This mountain is often hiked and not ran but BOOTCAMP 619’s alpha company recruits have been known to run it without stopping in great time.
San Diego Convention Center
Boot camp workouts begin on either the backside of The Convention Center by Joe’s Crab Shack in the park at The Embarcadero or on the frontside by 5th & Harbor Drive, depending upon the week. Contact Chris ahead of time. After the warm-up we proceed to the infamous stairs of The Convention Center. Chris has almost 50 drills that are performed on the stairs. This workout is very well known for causing muscle soreness for even the most advanced boot camp recruits here in San Diego.
La Jolla Shores
Kayaking workouts are held during the summer months only. Boot camp recruits are able to do one of San Diego’s most enjoyable workouts, kayaking at the caves of La Jolla Shores. Breath-taking views with a great workout! All participants must sign a shark waiver. YIKES!!!

PHILOSOPHY
We all know there are things we need to take care of in our lives, and somehow in the shuffle of it all, we forget to make the time to take care of ourselves. We can make time for health and fitness. The truth is, if we don't make time now, we may find ourselves suffering from a health concern, not having much time for anything and wishing we would have spent the few hours a week in the gym. Our ability to contribute and perform in our lives and realize our dreams is directly affected by our fitness level and our willingness to take action. Be a doer. If you are ready to make a change, and want to do it in the most effective way possible, and desire lasting results, consult with an experienced Certified Personal Trainer. You will gain more time than you spend.
